Ordering Process at Ekirana

Ordering at Ekirana is a straightforward process that involves a few simple steps:

Finding and Adding Products to the Shopping Cart

Our products are intuitively arranged by category in the top menu and by major brand in the left menu. You can also search for a product directly using the search box on the top right corner of the page.

When you find an article of your choice, click on "Add to Cart" to add a single quantity. If you want to add multiple quantities, you can either update the quantity in the shopping cart or click on the image of the product and input the desired number of quantity before adding them to the shopping cart.

Accessing the Shopping Cart

You can access your shopping cart by clicking on the "My Cart" link on the top right side of the page. You can change the quantity of the articles and apply gift certificate codes and discount codes at this point.

Checking Out and Placing the Order

There are three possible methods for checking out your shopping cart:

1. Check out as a guest (no sign-up required, just fill in your name and address details and you’ll be taken to the payment page).
2. Login if you are already registered with Ekirana or register yourself as a new user by following the on-screen instructions. If you sign in to our site, you would be able to see your purchase, payment, and order status and history.
3. After logging in, you would be able to see the checkout progress on the left side and can switch to the previous step by selecting the appropriate option. Depending upon your order amount, shipping is automatically calculated and shown on your screen. For information about shipping rates, please look into our Shipping and Return section.

On the next screen, you will be shown various different payment methods, including iDeal, MisterCash/Bankcontact, Sofort, Google Pay, PayPal, Credit Card, and direct bank transfer, we offer. The payment methods are explained on the Payment page. Please note, we DO NOT charge you any credit card or iDeal processing fee.

Payment

Once you select the shipping address, you’ll see the following options to make payment, depending upon the shipping address:

• iDeal (for customers with Dutch bank accounts)
• Sofort (for customers located in United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Slovakia)
• Giropay (for German customers)
• Bancontact MisterCash (for Belgian customers)
• Direct Bank Transfer (Offline)
• Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, and Amex)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Reordering

If you want to repeat your previous order, you can use the "Reorder" option available in your order history by logging into your account on Ekirana. You can also add more items or remove any items by changing the quantity to zero and clicking on "Update Shopping Cart" or by clicking on the cross sign.
