Ingredients
Preparation Method
In a wide wok, boil two packs of Maggi noodles, for 1 minute and 30 second (by clock). Maggi noodles should be slightly uncooked and should have a bite.
Drain immediately. Rinse with cold water and spread in a large plate to slightly dry. Add a table spoon of oil so that maggi doesn't stick.
Add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, dark soya sauce and one packet of maggi noodle and mix lightly so the sauce and spices quote the maggi noodles.
Heat the oil in a pan and add veggies. Saute for about 5 minutes until soft. Add a half a table spoon salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Add the Maggi noodles and mix well. Add the second packet of Maggi masala and toss.
Let it cook for 1 minutes more until the noodles are cooked completely and everything mixed well.
Add a dash of lemon, and sprinkle freshly chopped spring onion and some roasted peanuts.
Serve hot.
