How to use TRS Coriander Seeds Whole
To get the best flavour out of Corinader seeds, lightly roast them without oil over low-medium heat. You'll smell a pleasant sweet, citrus aroma as seeds get toasted. Remove them from heat and cool them. Coriander seeds are now ready for either being used as whole or for grinding.
Store roasted coriander seeds or powder in an air tight container.
