Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Khoya (Mawa)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Semolina (Sooji)
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Dry Fruits (almonds, cashews, raisins)
  • 1/4 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1/2 cup Ghee (clarified butter)
  • Water for kneading

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Prepare the Dough Mix flour and ghee in a bowl. Rub together until it resembles breadcrumbs. Add water gradually and knead into a soft but firm dough. Cover and set aside.
